Haul-In Registration

Haul-In Options: 

$350 plus GST/month 
This provides you with unlimited use of the riding areas during our standard business hours. The exception to this is if an area is being used for a clinic, event, jumping lessons, or reserved for private use/functions. 
 
Refund & Cancellation Policy: 
All fees associated with the monthly membership are non-refundable.  
 
If terminating the membership, you must advise us prior to the 20th of the month, or you will be responsible to pay for the following month.  

Cost: $60.00 plus GST/day 
This provides you with unlimited use of the riding areas for the day and during our standard business hours. The exception to this is if an area is being used for a clinic, event, jumping lessons, or reserved for private use/functions. 
 
Refund & Cancellation Policy: 
We require 48 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. If proper notice is not provided, you are financially responsible for the full cost of the appointment time. 

Cost: $25.00 plus GST/hour 
This provides you with unlimited use of the riding areas for the time you are paying for. The exception to this is if an area is being used for a clinic, event, jumping lessons, or reserved for private use/functions. 
 
Refund & Cancellation Policy: 
We require 48 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. If proper notice is not provided, you are financially responsible for the full cost of the appointment time.      

 
 
Registration Form and Initial Payment: 
Submit the registration form to Darlene Rochow at info@missionacres.ca. Upon signing the registration form, the billing party is agreeing to all costs. An invoice will be produced, and payment must be received within the stated terms. 
 
Payment Policy: 
You are required to provide your credit card number which will be kept on file. The credit card will automatically be used to pay for invoices that have not been paid within the stated terms noted on the invoice. The amount applied will include the credit card processing fee. 
 
Forms: 
Upon receipt of the registration form you may be sent additional forms that need to be completed prior to coming onsite. 
 
Wait List 
Haul-ins are assessed on a “month-to-month” basis as we take into consideration the usage of the various areas. We limit the number of haul-in clients, so individuals are placed on a wait list and prioritized according to the date the registration form is received. You will be contacted as soon as an opening becomes available, and the spot(s) will be secured at the time that payment is received. 
 
Statement of Understanding: 
•    I understand that anyone accessing the facility must adhere to the Mission Acres policies and that Mission Acres reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to anyone who violates any of them.  
•    By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the information contained within this form.

By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the polices created by Mission Acres Inc. I also understand that if I do not adhere to the policies, I may be subject to a penalty (i.e., monetary fine and/or restrictions with respect to using the facility).
